The Meadowbrook Story
What was once the Meadowbrook Golf and Country Club has been transformed into Meadowbrook Park. This 136-acre property is enjoying a renewal for families, visitors, and the surrounding community. The Meadowbrook plan preserves mature trees and blends green space throughout the neighborhood with courtyards and parkettes. Maintenance-provided residential neighborhoods are a mix of single-family homes, twin villa homes, luxury apartments, and a senior living complex.
The Inn at Meadowbrook is proud to be a part of that renewal and we can’t wait to welcome you.

Inn Policies
The Inn at Meadowbrook is a welcoming boutique hotel with 54 rooms. As such we do not overbook our rooms. This means each cancellation has an impact. Please note the policies outlined below:
Room cancellations must be made 48 hours before 5 pm day of arrival for a refund. Rooms cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a forfeiture of one night’s stay. Rates booked as non-refundable or during special events (Valentine’s Day, NYE, or others) do not apply and are considered non-refundable. Please refer to policy information at confirmation.
Our Cancellation policy is subject to change for groups or special events. A written confirmation of the cancellation policy will always be provided in the group or special event agreement. Any written confirmation will override the standard cancellation policy.
Check-In and Check-Out Time
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Unfortunately, due to the size of the Inn, we typically cannot accommodate early check-ins or late departures without prior arrangement.
If you will be arriving after 10:00 pm, please notify the front desk of your estimated time of arrival so that we may get you to your room as soon as possible.
Smoking Policy
The Inn at Meadowbrook is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is not allowed in rooms, on patios/balconies, or in our exterior amenities offered. Additional fees will apply for violation of this policy.
Pets / Service Dogs
In order to accommodate our guests with pet allergies, The Inn at Meadowbrook is a pet-free hotel. We do allow Service Animals with proof of certification.
Service animals are allowed in all guest areas. A service animal may only be classified as a dog that was trained to perform a task for a person with a disability. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, service dogs that only provide emotional or comfort support are not qualified.
When booking your reservation please inform the front desk agent that a service dog will be accompanying you.
Candles
For the safety of all of our guests, open flamed candles are not allowed. Please do not light a candle in your guest room.
We are happy to provide safe, flame-free candles. They are available at the front desk should you wish to have candlelit ambiance in your room.
Accessibility
Wheelchair accessible guest room(s) are available.
If needed, please ensure it is requested at the time of reservation.
Parking
Parking will be included with your room purchase and is located on the surface parking lot just outside the Inn.
EV Charging Station
For your travel convenience, the Inn at Meadowbrook offers EV Charging Stations on-site for our Guests.
