Open Positions:

Maintenance Technician ($24-$28/hour):
Responsible for maintaining the exceptional condition, safety, functionality, and appearance of a luxury boutique hotel. Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across guest rooms, public areas, guest amenities, and building systems. Responds promptly and professionally to maintenance requests while minimizing disruption to the guest experience. Maintains accurate records, identifies potential issues before they impact guests, and works closely with hotel leadership and outside contractors to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards. Demonstrates strong attention to detail, sound technical judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to preserving the quality and character of the hotel.

Room Attendant (Housekeeping):
Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout guest rooms and assigned areas of a luxury boutique hotel. Provides meticulous cleaning and attention to detail while ensuring guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction. Performs room cleaning, replenishes amenities and linens, reports maintenance concerns, and follows all hotel standards for cleanliness, safety, and service. Must demonstrate professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to exceptional guest service.

Houseperson (Housekeeping):
Supports the Housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service throughout the hotel. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas, hallways, service areas, and housekeeping spaces; delivering linens and amenities; assisting Room Attendants; and responding to guest and departmental requests. Ensures all areas are consistently clean, polished, and welcoming while demonstrating professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
